Two commercial floors are designed as a sperate entity from the residential keep the residents’ privacy and tranquillity intact. These floors will serve as an attraction pint for tourists and passersby, bringing a holistic experience in the form of Florence Hills.
The classical facade against the green backdrop catches the passer bys attention, inviting them into the building. The use of glass on the facade also creates
permeability between interior and exterior spaces. connecting the two.
