MGC Jewel | Bahria Town | Phase 8

MGC Jewel is the second infrastructure project of MGC Associates established a corporate mandate to maintain strong core values. An enormous mall serves as its bazaar/market, which is also a hotel apartment. Aside from the one leading to the residential area, there are also two other entrances, one going to the mall, another leading to a hotel, and a fourth is designated for a cargo lift. Upon entering the first and main entrance, one will find a very large mall as the building’s focal point. There will be big shops in the mall, and they will be the area’s main attraction. It was decided to dedicate part of the first and ground floors to commercial uses. 
 

On the second and third floors, which have been dubbed the cultural floors, the cottage industries of the four provinces of our country can have their own respective spaces and outlets. Our present culture shows no signs of our past, which is one of the main features of modern life. It is sometimes difficult to relate to each other because of this. The top floor penthouses of Jewel have been designed and built with care to highlight the culture of our country.

Projection Mapping
Due to its unique location, this building is the perfect location for projection mapping since it has views of the business district and the statue of liberty from its top.

Smart Parking
Parking spots will be available to Jewel residents on their app, which will be downloaded to their smartphones. Those who live in the neighborhood will have access to this exclusive feature. Cars powered by electric motors will also have access to electric chargers.

Sky Walk
Jewel will also feature a sky walk, where you will be able to walk over a bridge made up of pure transparent glass and concrete slabs. A glass bridge will allow you to look down from two hundred feet in the sky while you walk on it. You will experience a thrilling experience.

Hanging Tennis Court
In addition to the tennis court, the Jewel Hotel will feature a hang-out rooftop bar. Having this feature will turn to play tennis into an extreme sport that feels like it is taking place in a luxury hotel.

Helicopter Rides
A helicopter ride is an exciting experience, especially since many people have never ridden in one. Guests of the Jewel Hotel will be able to take helicopter rides as a leisure activity from the hotel’s helipad.

Automated Security for Apartments
A thumb- and face-recognition system shall be installed in the apartments in the hotel.
